Kinja'd!!!

I’ve had an Evap code on my stuck since ... Januaryish. I’m guessing this is related.

This is the first day I’ve not scooted to school.

Does it go to your gas cap? I’ve got a blocked vent tube on my Dodge and it causes it to burp out a little gas if filled up from dead empty.  I either stop 3/4 of the way through and let the pressure equalize for a few seconds or go to a full service gas station (I warn the guy).

That appears to be the rubber gasket from a windshield wiper. Kudos to you, it could have rained

I honestly don’t know. It’s from right near the gas tank. I think it m ight be the line to the charcoal canister. Gotta do some research.
